My Symphony™ All-in-one Vacuum And Steam Mop/ My Powerfresh Vac & Steam Has No Power | Support

  • Unplug machine
  • Run hand along entire length of power cord, it should be smooth
  • Check plug for damage
  • Check to see if outlet is working:
    • Test this by plugging in a cell phone charger or small appliance
    • If no power to outlet, test a different outlet in a separate room
  • Reset circuit breaker if needed
  • If the machine shuts off while in use:
    • Unplug machine and wait 2 hours
    • This will reset the Thermal Protector and should begin working again
  • If filter is cracked/damaged, a new filter needs to be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies
    • Using Distilled water will prolong the life of the machine
