Contraindications:

  • The Arrow large-bore two-lumen catheter is not designed for
    long-term (30 days) hemodialysis.
  • The Arrow large-bore two-lumen catheter is not suitable for use
    in patients with thrombosed vessels.
  • The Arrowg+ard Blue antimicrobial catheter is contraindicated
    for patients with known hypersensitivity to chlorhexidine, silver
    sulfadiazine, and/or sulfa drugs.

Product Usage Instructions:

  1. Ensure that the catheter is properly sterilized before
    use.
  2. Select an appropriate insertion site and prepare the area by
    cleaning it with an antiseptic solution.
  3. Using the provided Raulerson Spring-Wire Introduction Syringe,
    insert the catheter into the desired location.
  4. Advance the catheter carefully, following the recommended
    insertion technique.
  5. Once the catheter is in place, secure it to the patient’s skin
    using a suitable dressing or securement device.
  6. If necessary, connect the catheter to external devices or
    tubing according to the specific medical procedure or treatment
    being performed.
  7. After use, dispose of the catheter and any associated materials
    according to medical waste disposal guidelines.
