GALENVS WW0024 Wastewater DNA-RNA Extraction Kit.

INSTRUCTION

1. Add 10ml of wastewater to the appropriate wells of the 24-deep well Sample plate.
   1. Add 100µl of Concentration Buffer.
   2. Add 75µl of Concentration Beads.
2. Place the Sample plate and Lysis plate in their respective slots in the purification system, and start the WWKit – Part A protocol.
   Place tip combs on the sample plate or in the dedicated tip plate, according to the machine’s specifications.
3. When the protocol is complete, remove the Lysis plate from the purification system.
   1. Discard the tip combs and other plates.
   2. Add 600µl of Binding Buffer and
   3. 30µl Binding Beads to the Lysis plate.
4. Place Lysis, Wash #1, Wash #2, and Elution plates in their respective slots in the purification system, and start the WWKit – Part B protocol.
   Place tip combs on the Lysis plate or in a dedicated tip plate, according to the machine’s specifications.
5. When the protocol is complete, remove the Elution plate from the purification system.
   1. Discard the tip combs and other plates.
