BCKit miQron protocol parameters

INSTRUCTION STEPS

1. Remove the protective foil
2. Add up to 16 samples to the Lysis/Binding
   1. Buffer (columns 1 and 7).
   2. Then add 20ul Proteinase K to each sample.
3. Place plate into the miQron, taking care that the label is facing outward
4. Insert two combs
5. Select the BCKit protocol and press
   1. When the program is complete, remove the plate from miQron and discard the combs.
6. Columns 6 and 12 contain the purified DNA elution.
