Product Information

The product is a wall-mounted lamp that comes with an assembly
instruction manual. The lamp is designed to use either an E26 Type
A 40W bulb or an E26 CFL 13W bulb (bulbs not included). The lamp
shade is connected to the lamp holder and secured with a socket
ring. The lamp comes with a hidden line tube that needs to be
secured to the wall box using two mounting screws. The cord needs
to be carefully pulled out from the tube while assembling to
prevent it from getting twisted or snagged. The product is made in
China.

Product Usage Instructions

To use the wall-mounted lamp, follow the below instructions:

1. Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder
   for maximum wattage. Do not exceed the maximum wattage.
2. Attach the wall box to the wall using two mounting screws
   (A).
3. Secure the hidden line tube to the wall box with two mounting
   screws (B).
4. Connect tube (G) to (F) to the light body, then carefully pull
   out excess wire from tube (G) while assembling to prevent the cord
   from becoming twisted and snagged.
5. Nail (H) to the wall and secure (I) with two mounting screws
   (J).
6. Connect the lamp shade (C) to the lamp holder and secure with
   the socket ring (D) located on the socket.
7. Install a compatible bulb (E). The product can use either an
   E26 Type A 40W bulb or an E26 CFL 13W bulb. Make sure the lamp is
   unplugged before replacing the bulb.
8. Use only a soft cloth to clean the lamp. Do not use any
   chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Following these instructions will ensure safe and proper usage
of the wall-mounted lamp.

WARNING – Do not attempt to replace the bulb while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle CARE INSTRUCTIONS – Use only a soft cloth; do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Attach the wall box to the wall by using two mounting screws(A).
2. Secure the hidden line tube to wall box with two mounting screws(B).
3. Connect tube (G) to (F) to the light body ,then carefully pull out excess wire from tube (G) while assembling to prevent the cord from becoming twisted and snagged.
4. Nailed (H) to the wall and secure (I) with two mounting screws (J).
5. Connect the lamp shade (C) to the lamp holder and secure with the socket ring(D) .(Socket Ring located on socket)
6. Install bulb (E) not include.
