Product Information
The product is a wall-mounted lamp that requires assembly. It
comes with a lamp holder, lamp shade, socket ring, and a hidden
line tube. The lamp operates with an E12 Type B 40W bulb or an E12
CFL 7W bulb. The product is made in China.
Product Usage Instructions
- Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder
for maximum wattage. Do not exceed the maximum wattage. - Attach the wall box to the wall using two mounting screws
(A). - Secure the hidden line tube to the wall box with two mounting
screws (B). - Connect the lamp shade (C) to the lamp holder and secure it
with the socket ring (D). - Install an E12 Type B 40W bulb or an E12 CFL 7W bulb (not
included) into the lamp holder (E). - Nail (F) the product to the wall and secure it with two
mounting screws (H). Ensure that the socket ring is located on the
socket. - Use only a soft cloth to clean the product. Do not use any
chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
It is important to note that you should not attempt to replace
the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle.

of the product.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Attach the wall box to the wall by using two mounting screws(A). 2. Secure the hidden line tube to wall box with two mounting screws(B). 3. Connect the lamp shade (C) to the lamp holder and secure with the socket ring (D). 4. Install bulb (E) not include. 5. Nailed (F) to the wall and secure (G) with two mounting screws (H).
