inserted into a polarized outlet. The wider blade should be
inserted into the wider slot of the outlet. If the plug does not
fit fully, do not force it. Instead, reverse the plug and try

1. Place all parts on a flat smooth surface. 2. Connect the tube(B) to the base (A)and secure with the washer and screw using the Allen key. 3. Connect top part (C) to the tube (B) s . 4. Install the Shade(D)on the Socket and secure with the Socket Ring (E) (Socket Ring located on socket) 5. Install Bulb(F)Not included CAUTION – Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for maximum wattage do not exceed the maximum wattage. WARNING – Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle CARE INSTRUCTIONS – Use only a soft cloth; do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
