Product Usage Instructions:
- Ensure that the lamp is unplugged before starting the assembly
process. - Identify a suitable location for the lamp, preferably near an
electrical outlet. - Inspect the polarized plug on the lamp. One blade will be wider
than the other. - Check the electrical outlet to confirm it is also polarized.
The wider blade of the plug should fit into one side of the
outlet. - If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, do not force
it. Instead, reverse the plug and try inserting it again. - If reversing the plug does not allow it to fit fully into the
outlet, contact a qualified electrician for assistance. Do not
attempt to alter the plug yourself. - If an extension cord is necessary, ensure that the plug can be
fully inserted into the extension cord and the outlet. - Obtain a suitable bulb for the lamp. The lamp supports either
an E26 Type A bulb with a maximum wattage of 60W (not included) or
an E26 CFL bulb with a maximum wattage of 13W (not included). - Refer to the bulb manufacturer’s instructions to install the
bulb correctly into the lamp socket. - Once the bulb is installed, plug the lamp into the electrical
outlet. - Toggle the lamp switch or use any included controls to turn the
lamp on or off. - Ensure that the lamp is placed on a stable surface and does not
pose a tripping hazard. - Regularly check the lamp for any signs of damage or
malfunction. If any issues are identified, unplug the lamp and
consult a qualified technician for repair or replacement.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place all parts on a flat smooth surface. 2. Attach tube(B) to the base(A). 3. Insert the harp (D) into the saddle(C),install Bulb (E)Not included. 4. Place the lamp shade(F) onto the harp(D). 5. Fit the Finial (G) and screw it until till shade is securely fixed. Do not overtighten. CAUTION – Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for maximum wattage do not exceed the maximum wattage. WARNING – Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle CARE INSTRUCTIONS – Use only a soft cloth; do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not
fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit it, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
