Product Information
This is a portable lamp that requires assembly. The lamp holder
is labeled as A and it requires a bulb labeled as B. The maximum
wattage of the bulb should not exceed the limit stated on the
caution label located near the lamp holder. The lamp has a
polarized plug that fits into a polarized outlet only one way for
safety purposes. The lamp uses E26 Type A bulbs, including 40W X 1
(not included) and E26 CFL 13W X 1 (not included).
Product Usage Instructions
- Place all parts of the lamp on a flat, smooth surface.
- Install Bulb B (not included) to lamp holder A.
- CAUTION – Refer to the wattage caution label located near the
lamp holder for maximum wattage. Do not exceed the maximum
wattage. - WARNING – Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp
is plugged into a wall receptacle. - CARE INSTRUCTIONS – Use only a soft cloth; do not use any
chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
