ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

CAUTION – Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for maximum wattage – do not exceed the maximum wattage.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Attach the wall box to the wall by using two mounting screws(A).
2. Secure the hidden line tube to wall box with two mounting screws(B).
3. Connect the lamp shade (C) to the lamp holder and secure with the socket ring (D).
4.  Install bulb (E) not include.
5.  Nailed (F) to the wall and secure (G) with two mounting screws (H). (Socket Ring located on socket)
