20691 Everett 13 Inch 1 Light Black Pendant

Product Information

• The product is a lamp that comes with a mounting bracket (C),
  wire nuts (B), green grounding screw (A), screws for securing the
  canopy (E), and a lamp shade (F).
• The lamp requires an E26 Type A bulb with a maximum wattage of
  60W.
• The lamp can also use an E26 CFL bulb with a maximum wattage of
  13W.
• The product is made in China.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder
   and ensure that the maximum wattage of the bulb used does not
   exceed the maximum wattage specified.
2. Ensure that the lamp is not plugged into a wall receptacle
   before attempting to replace the bulb(s).
3. Use only a soft cloth and avoid using any chemicals or abrasive
   cleaners when cleaning the lamp.
4. To assemble the lamp, attach the mounting bracket (C) to the
   outlet box using two mounting screws (D).
5. Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the
   outlet box. Make wire connections using the wire nuts (B):
   • Connect the WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL.
   • Connect the BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE.
   • Attach the fixture grounding wire to mounting bracket with
     green grounding screw (A).
   • Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.
6. Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket (C) with screws
   provided (E).
7. Attach the lamp shade (F) to the lamp holder, then secure it
   with socket ring (G). Note that the socket ring comes pre-assembled
   and is located on the socket.
8. Install the bulb (H) into the lamp holder.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
CAUTION – Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for maximum wattage – do not exceed the maximum wattage.
WARNING – Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle CARE INSTRUCTIONS – Use only a soft cloth; do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Attach the mounting bracket(C)to the outlet box by using two mounting screws(D).
2. Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the outlet box. Make wire connections using the wire nuts (B): –WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL –BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE
–Attached the fixture grounding wire to mounting bracket with green grounding screw(A). Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box. 3. Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket (C) with screws provided (E). 4. Attached the lamp shade (F) to the lamp holder, then secure it with socket ring(G). Important Note: Socket ring comes pre-assembled and is located on the socket. 5. Install the bulb H (not included).
