Product Information
This product is a lamp fixture that comes with an assembly
instruction manual. It is designed to be attached to an outlet box
and has a maximum wattage limit, which is indicated on a caution
label near the lamp holder. The product also comes with important
safety instructions, including guidelines for wire connections and
bulb installation. The product is manufactured in China and
requires an E26 Type A bulb with a maximum wattage of 40W or an E26
CFL bulb with a maximum wattage of 13W, which are not included in
the package.
Product Usage Instructions
- Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder
to determine the maximum wattage for the bulb you will be using. Do
not exceed the maximum wattage. - Before attempting to replace the bulb, make sure that the lamp
is unplugged from the wall receptacle. - Use only a soft cloth to clean the lamp. Do not use any
chemicals or abrasive cleaners. - Attach the mounting bracket(C) to the outlet box using two
mounting screws(D). - Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the
outlet box. Make wire connections using the wire nuts (A):- Connect the white wire with white-neutral
- Connect the black wire with black-live
- Attach the fixture grounding wire to the mounting bracket with
green grounding screw(B).
- Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.
- Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket (C) with screws
provided (E). - Install the bulb F (not included) by screwing it into the lamp
holder. Make sure to use the correct type of bulb (E26 Type A with
a maximum wattage of 40W or E26 CFL with a maximum wattage of 13W)
and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for installation.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
CAUTION – Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for maximum wattage – do not exceed the maximum wattage.
WARNING – Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle CARE INSTRUCTIONS – Use only a soft cloth; do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Attach the mounting bracket(C)to the outlet box by using two mounting screws(D).
2. Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the outlet box. Make wire connections using the wire nuts (A): –WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL –BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE –Attached the fixture grounding wire to mounting bracket with green grounding screw(B). Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.
3. Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket (C) with screws provided (E). 4. Install the bulb F (not included).
