Product Information

This product is a light fixture that requires assembly before
use. It is designed to be mounted onto an outlet box and can
accommodate an E26 Type A bulb with a maximum wattage as specified
on the caution label near the lamp holder. The product is made in
China and comes with a mounting bracket, wire nuts, screws, and a
green grounding screw for installation. The light bulb is not
included in the package.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Before assembling the product, ensure that the maximum wattage
   specified on the caution label near the lamp holder is not
   exceeded.
2. Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged
   into a wall receptacle, as this may cause electric shock.
3. Use only a soft cloth to clean the product, and avoid using
   chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
4. To assemble the product, attach the mounting bracket (C) to the
   outlet box using two mounting screws (D).
5. Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the
   outlet box. Make wire connections using the wire nuts (A),
   connecting the white wire with white-neutral and black wire with
   black-live. Attach the fixture grounding wire to the mounting
   bracket with the green grounding screw (B). Carefully tuck the
   wires back into the outlet box.
6. Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket (C) with screws
   provided (E).
7. Install the bulb F (not included) according to its
   specifications. The product can accommodate an E26 Type A bulb with
   a maximum wattage as specified on the caution label near the lamp
   holder. You can use either a 40W X 1 bulb or an E26 CFL 13W X 1
   bulb.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
CAUTION – Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for maximum wattage – do not exceed the maximum wattage.
WARNING – Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle CARE INSTRUCTIONS – Use only a soft cloth; do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Attach the mounting bracket(C)to the outlet box by using two mounting screws(D).
2. Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the outlet box. Make wire connections using the wire nuts (A): –WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL –BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE –Attached the fixture grounding wire to mounting bracket with green grounding screw(B). Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.
3. Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket (C) with screws provided (E). 4. Install the bulb F (not included).
