20623 Cadence 14 Inch Dual-Light Black Semi-Flush Mount with Metal Bowl Shade

Product Information

The product is a lamp that requires assembly. It has a mounting
bracket, canopy, lamp holder, bulb(s), lamp shade, metal tube, and
finial. The maximum wattage for the bulb(s) is indicated on a
caution label near the lamp holder. The product has grounding wire
for safety purposes.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Attach the mounting bracket (C) to the outlet box using two
   mounting screws (D).
2. Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the
   outlet box. Connect the wires using wire nuts (B) as follows:
   • WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL
   • BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE

   Attach the fixture grounding wire to the mounting bracket with
   green grounding screw (A). Carefully tuck the wires back into the
   outlet box.

3. Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket (C) with screws
   provided (E).
4. Install the bulb(s) F (not included) as per the maximum wattage
   indicated on the caution label near the lamp holder.
5. Attach the lamp shade (G) to the lamp holder, then secure it
   with metal tube (H).
6. Fit the finial (I) and screw it until the shade is securely
   fixed. Do not overtighten.

Note: Use only a soft cloth for cleaning and do
not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners. The product requires
E12 Type B 40W X 2 bulbs or E12 CFL 7W X 2 bulbs (not included).
The product is made in China.

CAUTION – Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for maximum wattage – do not exceed the maximum wattage.
WARNING – Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle CARE INSTRUCTIONS – Use only a soft cloth; do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Attach the mounting bracket(C)to the outlet box by using two mounting screws(D).
2. Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the outlet box. Make wire connections using the wire nuts (B): –WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL
–BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE
–Attached the fixture grounding wire to mounting bracket with green grounding screw(A). Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.
3. Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket (C) with screws provided (E).
4. Install the bulb F (not included).
5. Attached the lamp shade(G) to the lamp holder, then secure it with metal
tube (H).
6. Fit the Finial (I) and screw it until till shade is securely fixed. Do not overtighten.
