20683 Hope 24 Inch Trio-Light Semi Flush Mount with Metal Leaf Shades

Product Information

The product is a lamp with a rotating head and three metal
leaves. It has a maximum wattage limit which is labeled near the
lamp holder, and it should not be exceeded. The product comes with
a mounting bracket, screws, and an allen key for installation. It
requires three E12 Type B bulbs with a maximum wattage of 40W each
or three E12 CFL bulbs with a maximum wattage of 7W each (bulbs not
included). The lamp is made in China.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Using the provided mats and screws, install the three metal
   leaves onto the lamp and tighten them securely with the allen
   key.
2. Attach the mounting bracket to the outlet box using two
   mounting screws.
3. Take out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the
   outlet box. Connect the white wire with white-neutral and the black
   wire with black-live using wire nuts. Attach the fixture grounding
   wire to the mounting bracket with the green grounding screw.
   Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.
4. Secure the canopy to the metal mounting bracket using the
   provided screws.
5. Install three E12 Type B bulbs or E12 CFL bulbs into the
   lamp.
6. Turn the cardon rotating head to adjust the position of the
   metal leaves to your desired position.

Note: Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is
plugged into a wall receptacle. Use only a soft cloth for cleaning
and do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Following these instructions will help you to assemble and use
the lamp safely and correctly.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
CAUTION – Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for maximum wattage – do not exceed the maximum wattage.
WARNING – Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle CARE INSTRUCTIONS – Use only a soft cloth; do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Install the three metal leaves with provided mats(B) and screws (D), then secure tightly with provided allen key(E).
2. Attach the mounting bracket(H)to the outlet box by using two mounting screws(I).
3. Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the outlet box. Make wire connections using the wire nuts (G):
–WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL
–BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE
–Attached the fixture grounding wire to mounting bracket with green grounding screw(F). Carefully tuck the wires back into the outlet box.
4. Secure the canopy(A) to the metal mounting bracket (H) with screws provided (J).
5. Install the bulbs K(not included).
Turn the cardon rotating head to make the metal leaves to the position you want.
