Dual Monitor Wall Mount

The Dual Monitor Wall Mount is a product designed to mount two
monitors onto a wall. It comes with various parts that include:

Mount (A)
Bracket (E)
Cable clip (I)
VESA plate (B)
Arm (F)
Upper cover (J)
Handle (C)
Bracket cover (G)
Lower cover (K)
VESA bracket (D)
End cap (H)
Screws and washers of different sizes
Allen wrenches and Phillips screwdriver

Product Usage Instructions:

Before installation, make sure to read the warning and caution
information provided in the user manual.
Verify your ceiling construction and use wood studs to mount
the product. If unsure, contact the manufacturer for
assistance.
Choose the appropriate installation option depending on your
wall surface. Option A is for wood stud installation, while Option
B is for concrete/brick wall installation.
Insert the upper cover and lower cover into the mounting holes
on Mount (A).
Remove the nut from the bottom of VESA Plate (B) using Wrench
(T-C) and loosen the top two nuts, leaving 3mm of threads
exposed.
Assemble Arms (F) to Bracket (E) with Bracket Cover (G) using
M6x30mm Screws (S-A) and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
Slide VESA Brackets (D) onto Arms (F). Insert End Caps (H) into
the ends of Arms (F). Secure End Caps (H) using M5x10mm Screws
(S-B) and a Phillips screwdriver. Lock VESA Brackets (D) in place
using 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Assemble Cable Clips (I) to Arms
(F).
Assemble Bracket (E) to VESA Plate (B) and Handle (C) using
M5x16mm Screws (S-C) and M5 Washers (S-D) with a Phillips
screwdriver.
Slide VESA Plate (B) onto Mount (A) and tighten the top two
nuts using Wrench (T-C). Insert the bottom nut onto VESA Plate (B)
and tighten with Wrench (T-C).
Insert Screws (M-A or M-B) with D5 Washers (M-C) into the top
two holes of your monitor, leaving 3mm of space. Slide the monitors
onto VESA Brackets (D) and insert Screws (M-A or M-B) with D5
Washers (M-C) into the bottom holes of your monitor. Tighten all
screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Make sure not to exceed the weight capacity of the product,
which is 15.4lbs per screen.

ASSEMBLY STEPS
STEP 1 (Option A)
Wood Stud Installation Hold Mount (A) in place along the stud and mark mounting holes using a pencil. Using a 3/16″ (4.5mm) drill bit, drill holes in marked locations approximately 2.2″ (55mm) deep. Secure Mount (A) to the wall using ST6.3x55mm Screw (W-A) with M6 Washers (W-C) and a Phillips screwdriver.

STEP 1 (Option B)
Concrete/Brick Wall Installation Hold Mount (A) to mounting surface and mark drill holes with pencil. Drill 2.4″ (60mm) deep holes using a 3/8″ (10mm) drill bit. Insert Anchors (W-B) into predrilled holes and secure Mount (A) to the wall using ST6.3x55mm Screw (W-A) with M6 Washers (W-C) and a Phillips screwdriver.

Insert Upper Cover (J) and Lower Cover (K) into the mounting holes on Mount (A). J A

STEP 3
Remove the nut from the bottom of VESA Plate (B) using Wrench (T-C) and loosen the top two nuts, leaving 3mm of threads exposed.

Assemble Arms (F) to Bracket (E) with Bracket Cover (G) using M6x30mm Screws (S-A) and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A).

STEP 5
Slide VESA Brackets (D) onto Arms (F). Insert End Caps (H) into the ends of Arms (F). Secure End Caps (H) using M5x10mm Screws (S-B) and a Phillips screwdriver. Lock VESA Brackets (D) in place using 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Assemble Cable Clips (I) to Arms (F).

STEP 6
Assemble Bracket (E) to VESA Plate (B) and Handle (C) using M5x16mm Screws (S-C) and M5 Washers (S-D) with a Phillips screwdriver.

Slide VESA Plate (B) onto Mount (A) and tighten the top two nuts using Wrench (T-C). Insert the bottom nut onto VESA Plate (B) and tighten with Wrench (T-C).

STEP 8
Insert Screws (M-A or M-B) with D5 Washers (M-C) into the top two holes of your monitor, leaving 3mm of space. Slide the monitors onto VESA Brackets (D) and insert Screws (M-A or M-B) with D5 Washers (M-C) into the bottom holes of your monitor. Tighten all screws with a Phillips screwdriver.

Adjust the tilt on VESA Brackets (D) using 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

Level the monitors by adjusting the nuts on VESA Plate (B) using Wrench (T-C). T-C B

STEP 11
Adjust the tension in Mount (A) using 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B). Rotate clockwise to decrease tension, and counter clockwise to increase tension.

Route cables through Cable Clips (I) and the cable managment clips in Mount (A).
