P-MLMT-01 Multi-Monitor VESA Mount System

Product Information

The Multi-Monitor VESA Mount System (P-MLMT-01) is designed to
support multiple LCD monitors. The package includes two cross
tubes, two poles, two VESA mounts, two T-Type Allen Keys, two cross
bars, two clamps, and a bag. The assembly allows for height
adjustment in five positions for seated and standing monitor
viewing angles.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Inspect the contents of the package to ensure everything is
    included.
  2. Assemble the clamps by loosening and opening the ratchet knob,
    attaching the clamp with the rod, tightening it with the ratchet
    knob, inserting the pole into the clamp hole, and tightening it
    with the clamp knob. Repeat for the other pole.
  3. Adjust the height in the pole using one of the five positions
    provided. Loosen all knobs, remove both rod end caps, insert the
    cross tubes into the holes of the poles, and replace the rod end
    caps.
  4. Loosen both knobs of the cross bar, align its holes to the
    cross tubes, insert it by sliding it in, re-tighten knobs, and
    insert second cross bar. Securely tighten bolts on back side of
    cross bar with Allen key. Insert both cross tubes equally into
    second pole and tighten knobs to secure assembly.
  5. Insert rod end cap to secure cross tube, secure with pole knob.
    Assemble VESA mount by loosening its knob and bolt, mounting cross
    bar on VESA mount, inserting bolt through thread holes of cross bar
    and VESA mount, and securing with Allen key. Repeat for second VESA
    mount.
  6. Attach VESA mount to back of LCD monitor by matching thread
    hole, tightening assembly with Allen key, and securing all bolts.
    Insert LCD monitor onto VESA mount and align it. Tighten bolts with
    Allen key.

Multi-Monitor VESA Mount Setup
Assembly of clamps
Loosen and open the ratchet knob of the clamp.
Align and attach the clamp with the rod and then tighten it using the ratchet knob.
Similarly, attach the other clamp with the rod as shown in the image.
Now, loosen the knob of the clamp and insert the pole by matching it with the clamp hole.
After inserting the pole, tighten it with the help of clamp knob.
Similarly, follow the same procedure for attaching the another pole of cart.

Five positions are provided to adjust the height in the pole, so that height can be adjusted according to your setup requirement.
NOTE: It adjusts height in five positions for seated/standing monitor viewing angles. as you can see in images.
Then loosen all the knobs attached fixed to the pole and then remove the rod end cap.
Similarly, remove both the rod end caps.
Insert the cross tube by matching it with the hole of the pole, as shown in the image.
Similarly, insert the second cross tube.

Loosen both the knobs of the cross bar, as shown in the image.
Now align the holes of the cross bar to cross tubes, and then insert the crass bar by simply sliding.
After inserting the cross bar, securely re-tighten the knobs, and similarly insert the second cross bar.
Properly tighten and secure the bolt on the back side of the cross bar with the help of the Allen key.
Now equally insert both the cross tubes into the second pole equally, as shown in the image.
Properly tighten the knobs of the pole to secure the assembly.

Then insert the rod end cap to secure the cross tube, as shown in the image.
Now, secure it with the help of the provided knob of the pole.
Assembly of Vesa Mount
Loosen the knob of the Vesa Mount, as shown in the image.
Loosen and remove the bolt present on the side of Vesa Mount.
Then, mount the cross bar on the Vesa Mount.
Now, insert the bolt by matching the thread holes of Cross Bar and Vesa Mount and secure the assembly with the Allen key.

Re-tighten the knob of the Vesa Mount and properly secure it with the cross bar.
Follow the same procedure to attach the second Vesa Mount.
Remove the Vesa Mount by loosening the knob attached to it.
Place and attach the Vesa Mount by matching it with the thread hole at the back of the LCD monitor (Not Included), as shown in the image
Tighten the assembly with the help of the Allen key.
Similarly, properly secure all the bolts by tightening them.

Insert the LCD monitor (Not Included) on the Vesa Mount and properly align it. Now, insert bolts and properly tighten them with the help of Allen key.
Finally our Multi-Monitor Vesa mount system setup is ready to use.
