Wires Too Short?
Our wires are color coded for ease of installation in most scenarios. The red and black wires are shorther than the yellow and blue. If you are placing the contactor near the battery, standard wiring can be used. If you are placing your contactor near the winch, you can use the alternate wiring diagram so the wires can reach from the contactor to the battery. The most important part of contactor wiring is the start and end location, not the color of the wires.
