Product Information
The product being installed is item #2679-695, a ceiling fixture
that requires electrical wiring. The fixture includes a mounting
plate (A), screws (B, C, O), glass panels (P), metal frame (T),
candle covers (N), and socket (W) for up to eight candelabra base
bulbs (M) with a maximum wattage rating of 60 watts each. The
fixture requires a junction box (not included) and comes with a
ground screw and green screw for connecting the ground wire.
Product Usage Instructions
- Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and
remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware. - Unpack the new fixture and lay out all parts in a clean
area. - Assemble the mounting plate (A) and drywall anchors (K).
- Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig. 2, making sure
all wire connectors are secured. Connect the ground wire to either
the junction box or the mounting plate using the provided green
screw. - Align the canopy (H) onto the mounting plate (A) and secure
with screws (C). - Align the metal panel (Q) to the metal frame (T) and secure
with screws (I). - Install the glass panels (P) into metal frame (T) and secure
with tabs and plastic sleeve provided. - Place metal frame (T) over socket (W) and secure with allen
screw (U) using allen wrench (V). - Place candle covers (N) over sockets (W).
- Install up to eight candelabra base bulbs (M) up to 60 watts
each or CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with
fixture specification. Do not exceed the maximum wattage
rating. - Return power to the junction box and test the fixture.

PREPARATION (Fig. 1) 1. Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and remove the
old fixture including the mounting hardware. 2. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clean
area. Take care not to misplace any small parts necessary for installation. ASSEMBLING THE FIXTURE (Fig. 1) 3. Loosen hex nuts (D) on canopy (H) with wrench (J) (not included), separate washers (E), lock washers (L), canopy (H), metal plate (R) and swivels (G). 4. Determine the desired hanging height and thread rods (F1, F2 and F3) to all thread (S) of fixture body. Carefully pass wires through each rod during assembly. Secure swivels (G) onto rods (F1). 5. Align metal plate (R) and canopy (H) followed by lock washers (L) and washers (E) onto swivels (G) and secure with hex nuts (D) with wrench (J) (not included).
6. Position mounting plate (A) on ceiling and mark the location of the
two drywall anchors (K). Pre-drill holes for drywall anchors (K). Then
insert drywall anchors (K) into ceiling. 7. Attach mounting plate (A) to junction box (not included) using
mounting screws (B) (Size: #8-32N*L0.5″) and wood screws (O) into drywall anchors (K). The side of the mounting plate marked “GND” must face out.
CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig. 2) 8. Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig. 2, making sure that all
wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the mounting plate (A) using the green screw provided.
9. Tuck wire connectors neatly into junction box.
COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION (Fig. 1) 10. Align canopy (H) onto mounting plate (A) and secure with screws (C).
11. Align metal panel (Q) to metal frame (T) and secure with screws (I).
12. Install glass panels (P) into metal frame (T) and secure with the tabs
and plastic sleeve provided.
13. Place metal frame (T) over socket (W) and secure with allen screw
(U) using allen wrench (V).
14. Place candle covers (N) over sockets (W).
15. Install (8) eight candelabra base bulbs (M) up to 60 watts each or
CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture
specification. –DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING! (NE PAS DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE!).
