ASSEMBLY

Base Assembly

1. Open up box base and lay flat. (See Figure 1)
   NOTE:
   Before assembling, crease along all folds to ensure a proper fit
   
2. Along the short end, fold side tabs Push in and fold corners to form one end of the base. (See Figure 2)
   
3. After folding the corners completely in, tuck snugly against the end panel. (See Figure 3)
   
4. Fold the top flap over so it is flat against the end. (See Figure 4)
   

LID ASSEMBLY

1. Open up box lid and lay (See Figure 5)
   NOTE:
   Before assembling, crease along all folds to ensure a proper fit
   
2. Along the short end, fold side tabs Push in and fold corners to form one end of the lid.
   
3. After folding the corners completely in, tuck snugly against the end panel. (See Figure 7)
   
4. Fold the top flap over so it is flat against the end. (See Figure 8)
   
5. Repeat on the other side of the
