If you are experiencing No/Low Steam, follow these steps to resolve:
- Fill tank with distilled water
- Do not use any type of chemical in the tank as it will damage the machine
- Check the tank for any cracks or leaking
- If tank or tank area is damaged > Contact Us
- Plug machine in
- Wait for ready light to stop blinking (1 to 2 min)
- Push ON/OFF button making it light up, and push HI so it lights up
- Take off the Lift-Off Pod and attach tool connector or hose
- Check for steam from the Lift-Off pod
- Is there steam coming from the Lift-Off Pod?
- Yes > Reattach the Lift-Off Pod, pushing it evenly straight into machine until it clicks
- No > Unplug machine and wait 10 seconds before removing the tool connector
- Insert a paperclip into the hole where the spray head connects to clean
- Reattach Lift-Off Pod, pushing it evenly straight into machine until it clicks
- Check for gaps between the machine & pod, if there are gaps remove the Lift-Off pod and reattach it until there are no gaps
- Is there steam coming from the Lift-Off Pod?
- Turn machine on and test for steam
- Has this resolved the issue?

- No > Go to No Steam in the Foot
