Troubleshooting

Please connect the 4K TV to HDMI Splitter OUT 1 firstly; after the 4K TV display well, connect the second TV to Splitter OUT 2.
Please connect 1080p TV to splitter OUT 2, when 4K and 1080p TV work together.
When turning off the TV, Splitter, please turn on Splitter OUT 1 4K TV first, when 4K and 1080p TV work together.
If HDMI source, TV support both HDR D-o-l-b-y Version D-o-l-b-y Atmos, then Splitter can support both accordingly.
About HDR, please connect the HDMI source to the TV without a splitter, test if TV can support HDMI source HDR. If the TV can not display HDMI source HDR well, that means a TV issue, not a splitter.
Please set the HDMI source HDR feature the same as Splitter HDR after step 5 testing.
SPDIF Optical 5.1CH follows Splitter OUT 2. CEC control is on HDMI OUT 1.
Splitter OUT 2 down-scale 4K to 1080p only, no another resolution; NOT down-scale D-o-l-b-y Vision, otherwise wash out.
