Product Information:
The Battery BOX is a device that allows for quick installation
and connection of batteries to an AC coupled inverter. It includes
a communication module for seamless integration with other devices.
The device features a front panel with a double color LED and an
LCD screen for easy monitoring and control. It also includes push
buttons for navigation and magnetic devices for secure attachment.
The Battery BOX has various connectors and ports, including AC grid
connector, battery connector, USB port, dry connector, grounding
screw, communication ports, and EPS connector. The device is
designed to be wall-mounted and requires proper cable connections
for operation.

2. Installation
2.1 Installation Requirements
Before installation, ensure the following components are
available:
- Battery
- Electrical Grid
- AC Breaker
- AC coupled Inverter
- Grid EPS Breaker
- Sensor
- Load
2.2 Wall Mounting
When wall mounting the Battery BOX, consider the position of the
battery and the power collector. Ensure a distance of 300mm is
maintained from surrounding objects.
Note: Avoid water and electricity pipes when punching holes in
the wall to prevent any danger.
3. Connecting Cables
3.1 Grounding
Connect the grounding wire using a single multi-core
yellow-green copper wire.
3.2 AC GRID and EPS Output Connection
- Connect the AC output wire using two or three different color
multi-core copper wires. - Follow the instructions provided for the EPS connector to screw
up or release the connection.
Note: Lithium battery and AC coupled inverter already have their
own power and communication lines, so connect them directly. Ensure
all switches are off before making any connections for safety
reasons.
3.3 DC Connection
3.3.1 Battery Input Terminal Installation
- Connect the positive metal terminal (8-10 mm) to the positive
battery input wire. - Connect the negative metal terminal to the negative battery
input wire. Use a lock nut to ensure fastening. - Ensure the cable cannot be pulled out from the terminal after
pressing. - Check that the battery cable is properly secured and that the
polarity is correct.
3.3.2 Plug in Battery Terminal
- Insert the BAT+ wire into the blue terminal and the BAT- wire
into the corresponding terminal.
3.3.3 Communication Cables Installation
- Install all communication cables and push the waterproof cover
into the bottom. - Lock the screws fixed to the frame.
- Finally, lock the waterproof cap.

Note: The installation of this AC coupled system needs to comprehensively consider the position of the battery and the power collector.

Notice 1.Lithium battery has its own power line and communication line, so please use them directly. 2.AC coupled inverter include the basic communication line. So please use them directly. 3.Please make sure all the switches off before connection. For your safety, please do not operation when power on.

3.3.1 Battery input terminal installation

Please make sure cable can’t put out from terminal after pressing.

Notes: 1. Turn off the battery cabinet switch and disconnect the CAN communication cable before inserting. Make sure that the battery input voltage/current does not exceed the specifications. 2.When installing the battery terminal, pay attention to the distinction between the positive and negative terminals and the one-to-one correspondence between the terminals and AC coupled inverter. 3.When the terminal is docked, there is a click sound. After the terminal is docked, gently pull the battery cable to observe whether the terminal is shaking or not.

When all the communication lines are installed, push the waterproof cover into the bottom, lock the screws fixed to the frame, and finally lock the waterproof cap.

5. On off AC coupled inverter
Notes:
Before power on, please make sure all of the voltage and current are in the range of specification of AC coupled inverter. Otherwise it will be damage to AC coupled inverter. Follow are the steps of turn on actions: 1.Turn on the switch between Grid and AC coupled inverter. 2.Turn on battery and the switch between battery and AC coupled inverter. 3.Turn on Battery switch. 4.If need to setup AC coupled inverter. Please turn to user manual of AC coupled inverter for detail description. 5.The shutdown steps are opposite to the above order.
6.The AC coupled has an installation diagnosis function, please run “DiagnoseFun” after the installation is completed.
