Product Information
The product consists of the following items:
- Rubber washer (4)
- Ball nut (5)
- Socket (1)
- Glass panel (2)
- Clip (3)
The product is designed to be a fixture for bulbs (not included)
that can be installed into each socket. The glass panels are
secured with clips to create an inner frame for the fixture.
Product Usage Instructions
- Unpack and identify all parts, using the illustration for parts
identification. - Turn off power to the installation point.
- Install the glass panels (2) into the inner frame of the
fixture and secure with the clips (3). - Refer to the additional installation instructions included with
the product for wiring and installation. - Install proper bulbs into each socket, referring to the
markings and/or labels on the fixture for maximum wattage. - Restore power to the installation point and retain this sheet
for future reference.
Note: The bulbs required for use with this product are not
included and must be purchased separately.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Carefully unpack and identify all parts referring to illustration for parts identification. 2. Turn the power to the installation point OFF. 3. Install the glass panels (2) into the inner frame of the fixture and secure with the clips (3). 4. Refer to the additional installation instructions included with the product for wiring and
installation. 5. Install proper bulbs (not included) into each socket referring to the markings and/or labels on
the fixture for maximum wattage. 6. Restore power to the installation point and retain this sheet for future reference.
