TownSteel TDC50 Economy Commercial Door Closer
The TownSteel TDC50 is a Grade 3 door closer that comes with a
Tri-Pack for regular, parallel, and top-jamb mounting. It includes
instructions and a full-size template. The closer has a standard
spring size of 3, 4 with no adjustment and is non-handed with an
adjustable sweep and latch. The slimline plastic cover uses SNB sex
nuts and comes with a standard hole pattern and mounting
location.
Specifications:
- Closer – Closers shall be by TownSteel model number TDC50
- A full rack and pinion type with cast aluminum alloy body
- Non-critical valves with flat head adjustment to independently
regulate the sweep, latch, and back-check valves - Closer shall have set spring size
- Non-handed with projection of 2-1/2 from the surface of the
door - All closers shall be mounted to allow the maximum degree of
swing
