- Unplug machine and turn machine over so bottom is facing up
- Remove access plate by lifting tab 1 near rear wheel and release latches 2-4 in front
- Remove brush and check the brush and belt for damage
- If brush will not turn by hand or belt is broken, replace the damaged part
- Clean off any debris on the brush, brush ends, and brush areas
- Rotate brush by hand several times when replacing in machine to center belt
- If brush is still not turning, visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
