KW2721 Stretto 16 Inch Sconce
Product Information
The Stretto 16 Sconce (Item # KW2721) is a light fixture
designed for indoor use. It should be installed in accordance with
all applicable, local installation codes, and by a person familiar
with its construction and operation, as well as the hazards
involved. The fixture should be inspected carefully for any damage
or defects before installation. All packaging material should be
retained until installation is complete and approved.

- Phillips Screwdriver
- Hammer
- Slotted Screwdriver
- Drill
- Pencil
Product Usage Instructions
- Carefully remove all parts from the box and place them on a
clean, soft surface. - Remove the mounting plate (B) from the fixture body (E) by
removing screws (F). - Using the mounting plate (B) as a guide, line it up with the
junction box and mark the anchor positions. - Using a drill bit slightly smaller than the anchor, drill holes
in the marked positions. Install anchors (A) into the holes using a
hammer. - Install the mounting plate (B) to the junction box and secure
it with mounting screws (D). Then secure wood screws (C) to the
anchors (A). - Wrap the fixture ground wire (green) around the green grounding
screw (refer to Diagram 1) and tighten it. Continue the fixture
ground wire and connect it to the supply ground wire (usually green
or bare copper) using a wire nut (G). Note: It is important that
the fixture is properly grounded. - Connect the fixture neutral wire (white) to the supply neutral
wire (usually white) using a wire nut (G). - Connect the fixture hot wire (black) to the supply hot wire
(usually black) using a wire nut (G). Caution: Do not reverse the
hot and neutral connections. - Ensure that all wire connections are tight, then carefully tuck
them into the junction box. - Install the fixture body (E) onto the mounting plate (B) and
secure it with screws (F).
For Outdoor/Wet Location Installation:
- Using silicon compound, apply a small bead where the backplate
meets the wall to prevent water from entering. Note: Large gaps
will need to be corrected before applying silicon compound.
Care Instructions:
Clean the fixture only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster.
Do not use abrasive or chemical agents.

9. Make sure all wire connections are tight, then carefully tuck into the junction box.
10. Install fixture body (E)to mounting plate (B) and secure with screws (F).
