Product Information – Candlestick Swing Arm

Item #: S 2010

This light fixture is designed to be installed in accordance
with all applicable, local installation codes. It should be
installed by a person familiar with its construction and operation,
as well as the hazards involved. Please inspect the item and
contents carefully before installation. If any damage or defect is
found, do not install. Retain all packaging material until
installation is complete and approved.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Carefully remove all parts from the box.
2. Remove the mounting plate (B) from fixture body (D) by
   loosening side screws (E).
3. Drill 2 holes on the wall and make sure the hole distance
   matches the mounting plate (B) holes.
4. Knock the anchors (A) into the wall holes.
5. Affix mounting plate (B) onto the wall and secure with mounting
   screws (C).
6. Attach the fixture body (D) onto the mounting plate (B) and
   secure with side screws (E).
7. Thread the cord cover (J) to the bottom of fixture body
   (D).
8. Attach the harp (H) to the saddle (I).
9. Place shade (G) on top of harp (H) and secure with finial
   (F).
10. Insert a bulb (not included) into the socket.
11. Remove the protective plug cover (K) from the plug.
12. Plug the fixture into a proper electrical outlet and test
    it.
13. Once installation is complete, turn on power at the fuse or
    circuit breaker.

Care Instructions: Clean the fixture only with
a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do not use abrasive or chemical
agents.
