Assembly Instructions:
- Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft
surface. - Remove mounting plate (B) from fixture by removing screws
(D). - Install mounting plate (B) to the junction box and secure with
the mounting screws (C). - Wrap fixture ground wire (bare copper) around the green
grounding screw in the junction box and tighten. - Connect the fixture wires to the corresponding wires in the
junction box using wire nuts or other approved connectors. Ensure
proper connections and tighten securely. - Attach the fixture to the mounting plate using the provided
screws (D). - Install the glass shade and metal shade onto the fixture
according to Diagram 1. - Inspect the installation for any loose or exposed wires. Ensure
all connections are secure. - Turn on the power and test the fixture to ensure it is
functioning properly. - To adjust the fixture, loosen knobs (H), adjust to the desired
position, then tighten knobs (H). - Install the light bulb into the socket.
Care Instructions:
Clean the fixture only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster.
Do not use abrasive or chemical agents.

NOTICE:
This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all applicable, local installation codes, and by a person familiar with the construction and operation of it, as well as the hazards involved. Inspect item and contents carefully. If any damage or defect is found, do not install. Retain all packaging material until installation is complete and approved.

1. Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface. 2. Remove mounting plate (B) from fixture by removing screws (D). 3. Install mounting plate (B) to the junction box and secure with the
mounting screws (C). 4. Wrap fixture ground wire (bare copper) around the green grounding
screw (see diagram 1). Tighten. Continue fixture ground wire and connect to supply ground wire (usually green or bare copper) using wire nut (A). NOTE: It is imperative that the fixture is grounded. 5. Connect fixture neutral wire (white) to the supply neutral wire (usually white) using wire nut (A). 6. Connect fixture hot wire (black) to the supply hot wire (usually black) using wire nut (A). CAUTION: Do not reverse the hot and neutral connections. 7. Make sure all wire connections are tight, then carefully tuck into the junction box. 8. Install fixture to mounting plate (B) by securing with screws (D). 9. Loosen thumb screws (G) and insert top of shade (F), then secure with thumb screws (G). NOTE: Do not overtighten otherwise shade could become damaged.

10. To adjust fixture loosen knobs (H), adjust to desired position, then tighten knobs (H).
11. Install light bulb into the socket.
