PN-LC652 LCD Monitor
Product Information
The PN-LC Series is a range of LCD monitors available in three
models: PN-LC652, PN-LC752, and PN-LC862. These monitors are
designed for professional use and offer high-quality display
performance.
Product Usage Instructions
- Dismantle Procedure:
To dismantle the product, follow the steps below:
- Remove the back covers (see section 5).
- Remove the printed circuit boards (see section 6).
- Dismantle the LCD (see section 7).
- Remove the electrolyte capacitors (see section 8).
- Batteries:
The PN-LC Series uses AAA batteries for the remote control. To
remove the battery, simply detach it from the remote control. - Back Covers:
The back cover of the monitor can be removed using a
screwdriver. - PWB and Other Electronic Components:
All electronic components, including the main PWB, power PWB,
T-CON PWB, key PWB, front PWB, OPS PWB, and speaker, can be removed
using a screwdriver. - LCD Module Bezels/Angles:
The LCD module bezels and angles can be dismantled according to
the instructions provided for each specific model (PN-LC652,
PN-LC752, PN-LC862). - Capacitors:
The power PWB contains capacitors with a diameter larger than
25mm. To remove these capacitors, use a nipper to cut the
leads. - Parts List:
For professional repairers, spare parts are available in
accordance with the legal requirements of EU Regulation 2019/2021.
The spare parts include the internal power board, connectors to
connect external equipment, batteries and accumulators,
DVD/Blue-Ray module, and HD/SSD module.

8 Capacitors
Capacitors which diameter is larger than 25mm is installed on the Power PWB. And these capacitors can be removed by using nipper to cut the leads.
