Safety precautions

1. You must read this manual carefully before you use it!
2. The tractor must be checked according to the maintenance instructions before hanging the rotary tiller.
3. The front universal joint transmission shaft of the rotary tiller may be wrapped around the body parts, the rotary tiller operation or the universal joint rotation, people and the rotary tiller to keep a safe distance!
4. Do not open or remove the safety shield when the rotary tiller is running!
5. Power must be cut off and reliably support the machine!
6. Power must be cut off when checking the universal joints, blades and gearbox parts.If you need to replace the parts, support the rotary tiller, and then turn off the engine. It is strictly prohibited to replace the parts when the engine is not stalled.
7. For long-distance transportation or transfer, the universal joint connected to the tractor power output shaft should be removed and the rotary tiller shall be raised  to the highest position. If the tractor has a (force regulator-bit adjustment) hydraulic suspension, the drop speed adjustment valve should be closed. If the tractor has a split hydraulic suspension, the clamp on the cylinder piston rod shall be fixed in the lowest position.
8. It is forbidden to put the rotary tiller deeper or deeper before starting.Because this can cause damage to the rotary tiller and severe wear of the tractor clutch, the power output shaft.
9. When working or transporting, do not stack biological or standing people on the rotary tiller.
10. Pay attention to often check the universal joint plug pin and cross gear ring, damaged or poor technical condition of the universal joint prohibited installationand use, in order to avoid accidents.

1. Suspension connection with the tractor

   Take Taishan- -30 tractor as an example to introduce the installation steps:
   1. Remove the tractor traction and hanging jun, remove the output shaft cover;
   2. Aign at the middle of the suspension mechanism to the car, lift the pull rod to the appropriate position, and reverse until it can be connected to the left and right hanging pin of the rotary tiller;
   3. First install the left lower pull rod, then install the narrow pull rod (because the inclined pull rod can adjust the height of the right lower pull rod), and install the plug pin.
   4. Install the pull rod and plug in the plug pin;
   5. Install the universal section, pay attention to the middle two fork opening must be in the same plane, if the direction is wrong, will sound in the work, cause the cross section damage. Install the plug pin and install the open pin.

Use and adjustment of rotary tiller

1. The start of the rotary tiller unit

      Because the universal should not be used in the case of large Angle, so the height should not be too large. 5. The Use of the tractor suspension mechanism

   2. When working, use the position adjustment.At this point, the force adjustment handle must be fixed in the lifting position.
   3. To lower the rotary tiller, move the position adjustment handle forward and below; instead the rotary tiller up.
   4. When the rotary tiller reaches the required depth, use the positioning hand wheel to adjust the handle gear, and reduce the rotary tiller to the same depth each time.

the maintenance and maintenance of the rotary tiller

1. General maintenance (10 hours working)

   5. Check whether the blade is defective and whether the fastening bolts are loose. Fill up and tighten the blade and bolts if necessary.
   6. Check whether there is any oil leakage phenomenon, and replace the oil seal and paper pad if necessary.
2. No. 1 maintenance (ploughing for one working season)
   1. All the general maintenance items
   2. Replace the gear oil
   3. Check the wear of the cross section roller needle, remove it and install butter. For excessive wear of the cross section, it should be replaced in time.
   4. Check whether the wear of bearings at both ends of the knife shaft is mud water due to the oil seal failure, open and add enough butter,and replace new butter if necessary.
   5. Check whether the blade is excessively worn, and replace it now if necessary.
   6. Check the bearing clearance of cone gear and adjust it if necessary (see method).
3. No.2 maintenance (after one year of farming)
   1. Thoroughly remove the oil pollution on the rotary tiller.
   2. Release gear oil and disassembly inspection.Pay special attention to the wear of the middle gear bearings. The parts should be cleaned during installation, and fill the new gear oil to the specified oil surface after installation.
   3. Remove and wash the knife shaft bearing and seat, replace the oil seal, and inject full butter when installing.
   4. Remove and wash the universal joint assembly, clean the cross joint roller needle, and replace it if worn out.
   5. Remove all the blades for inspection, serious wear and cracks must be replaced.
   6. Check whether the blade seat on the blade shaft is cracked and whether the hexagonal hole is damaged. Whether the weld between the holder and shaft pipe crack, remove the damaged holder and weld the new holder.
   7. Repair the machine cover and drag plate to restore it to its original state. If it cannot be repaired, new parts should be replaced now. Rotary tiller does not work for a long time, universal joints should be removed and placed in the room, pad high rotary tiller to make the knife tip off the ground, the blade should be coated with waste oil for antirust prevention, exposed spline shaft must also be coated with oil for antirust prevention, non-working surface peeling paint should be filled according to the original color to prevent corrosion.Rorotary tiller shall be parked indoors or covered outside.
