The 1GQ-200 intermediate gear drive rotary tiller is a tillage machine that uses the rotary tillage blade as the working part. It is mainly suitable for sandy loam, loam, light clay, and other dry field operations and paddy field operations, stubble weeding, rolling cover fertilization, vegetable field preparation, and other operations. Main Structure and Working Principle

Safety precautions

  1. You must read this manual carefully before you use it!
  2. The tractor must be checked according to the maintenance instructions before hanging the rotary tiller.

  4. Do not open or remove the safety shield when the rotary tiller is running!
  5. Power must be cut off and reliably support the machine!

Installation of rotary tiller

Use and adjustment of rotary tiller

  7. the maintenance and maintenance of the rotary tiller According to the principle of “prevention is more important than treatment, maintenance is more important than repair”, the correct maintenance to ensure the normal transportation of rotary tiller, high efficiency, good performance, long service life.

General maintenance (10 hours working)

  1. Check and tighten the connecting bolts and nuts to check whether the bolts are loose.
  2. Check whether there is a defect in the plug pin of each part, and add or replace new parts if necessary. The opening pin shall not be replaced by old parts or other things.
  3. Check the oil surface of the gear in the gearbox. When the oil is missing, add the inspection hole that can flow out, and then tighten the oil screw plug.
  4. Cross-section, the butter cup at the knife shaft bearing seat, and inject butter 3- -5 below.
  5. Check whether the blade is defective and whether the fastening bolts are loose. Fill up and tighten the blade and bolts if necessary.
  6. Check whether there is any oil leakage phenomenon, and replace the oil seal and paper pad if necessary.
  7. No.1 maintenance (plowing for one working season)

  12. Check whether the blade is excessively worn, and replace it now if necessary.
  13. Check the bearing clearance of the cone gear and adjust it if necessary (see method).

No.2 maintenance (after one year of farming)

  • Thoroughly remove the oil pollution on the rotary tiller.
  • Release gear oil and disassembly inspection. Pay special attention to the wear of the middle gear bearings. The parts should be cleaned during installation, and fill the new gear oil to the specified oil surface after installation.
  • Remove and wash the knife shaft bearing and seat, replace the oil seal, and inject full butter when installing.
  • Remove and wash the universal joint assembly, clean the cross joint roller needle, and replace it if worn out.
  • Remove all the blades for inspection, serious wear, and cracks must be replaced.
  • Check whether the blade seat on the blade shaft is cracked and whether the hexagonal hole is damaged. Whether the weld between the holder and shaft pipe cracks, remove the damaged holder and weld the new holder.
  • Repair the machine cover and drag plate to restore it to its original state. If it cannot be repaired, new parts should be replaced now. The rotary tiller does not work for a long time, universal joints should be removed and placed in the room, pad high rotary tiller to make the knife tip off the ground, the blade should be coated with waste oil for antirust prevention, exposed spline shaft must also be coated with oil for antirust prevention, non-working surface peeling paint should be filled according to the original color to prevent corrosion. The rotary tiller shall be parked indoors or covered outside.
