2543-726 Baldwin Park 3-Light Coal and Soft Brass Cage Pendant

Product Information

The Item#2543-726 is a new product that comes with installation
instructions. It is a fixture designed for indoor use and requires
a power source. The fixture includes a mounting plate, canopy,
glass shade, metal cover, metal tube, thread, hex nut, quick link,
loop, and rods. The fixture can hold three medium base bulbs with a
maximum wattage of 60 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent.

Product Usage Instructions

Before installing the fixture, make sure to shut off power at
the fuse box or circuit breaker box and remove the old fixture
including the mounting hardware. Follow the steps below to install
the fixture:

1. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts in
   a clean area.
2. Thread all thread (K) to coupling (L) and tighten with hex nut
   (N).
3. Place metal tube (M) and metal cover (C) over all thread
   (K).
4. Place glass shade (I) over metal plate (O).
5. Determine desired hanging height and thread rods (F1, F2 and
   F3) to all thread (K) of fixture body. Screw loop (H1) onto rod
   (F1). Carefully pass wires through each rod as you assemble.
6. Attach quick link (G) to loop (H1) and loop (H2) on the canopy
   (D). Carefully feed wire through loop (H1), quick link (G), and
   loop (H2).
7. Attach mounting plate (A) to junction box with mounting screws
   (B). The side of the mounting plate (A) marked with GND and two
   convex points must face out.
8. Connect the electrical wires as shown in fig 2, making sure
   that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a
   ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground
   wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly
   to the mounting plate (A) using the green screw provided.
9. Slide canopy (D) over mounting plate (A) and secure with screws
   (E).
10. Install (3) three medium base bulbs (J) up to 60 watts each or
    CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture
    specification — DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING!
11. Return power to the junction box and test the fixture.

PREPARATION (Fig.1&Fig. 3) 1. Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and
remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware. 2. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts
in a clean area. Take care not to misplace any small parts
necessary for installation. 3. Thread all thread (K) to coupling (L) and tighten with hex
nut (N). 4. Place metal tube (M) and metal cover (C) over all thread
(K). 5. Place glass shade (I) over metal plate (O). 6. Determine desired hanging height and thread rods (F1, F2
and F3) to all thread (K) of fixture body. Screw loop (H1)
onto rod (F1). Carefully pass wires through each rod as
you assemble. 7. Attach quick link (G) to loop (H1) and loop (H2) on the
canopy (D). Carefully feed wire through loop (H1), quick
link (G), and loop (H2). 8. Attach mounting plate (A) to junction box (not included)
with mounting screws (B) (Size: #8-32N*L0.5″). The side
of the mounting plate (A) marked with “GND” and two
convex points must face out.
CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig. 2) 9. Connect the electrical wires as shown in fig 2, making
sure that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction
box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the
fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s
ground wire directly to the mounting plate (A) using the
green screw provided. 10. Tuck wire connectors neatly into the junction box. COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION (Fig. 1) 11. Slide canopy (D) over mounting plate (A) and secure with
screws (E). 12. Install (3) three medium base bulbs (J) up to 60 watts
each or CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture specification — DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING! (NE PAS DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE!).

Your installation is now complete. Return power to the junction box and test the fixture.
