Product Information:

The product is Item#2957-572, manufactured on August 18, 2021.
It is a light fixture that can accommodate eight candelabra base
bulbs with a maximum wattage of 60 watts each. The fixture includes
a mounting plate (A), ground screw, mounting screw (x2), cloth
shade (G), metal washer (E), rod (L), canopy (C), candle covers
(J), and three rods (F1, F2, and F3) to adjust the hanging height.
The product comes with installation instructions.

Product Usage Instructions:

1. Before installation, turn off power at the fuse box or circuit
   breaker box.
2. Remove the old fixture and mounting hardware.
3. Unpack the new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clean
   area. Place the cloth shade (G) and metal washer (E) over all
   thread (H) and secure rod (L) onto all thread (H).
4. Determine the desired hanging height and thread rods (F1, F2,
   and F3) to the all thread on rod (L). Screw canopy (C) onto rod
   (F1). Pass the wires carefully through each rod as you
   assemble.
5. Attach mounting plate (A) to the junction box with mounting
   screws (B) (Size: #8-32N*L0.5). The side of the mounting plate (A)
   with GND marked on it and two convex points must face out.
6. Connect the electrical wires as shown in fig 2, making sure
   that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a
   ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground
   wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly
   to the mounting plate (A) using the green screw provided.
7. Tuck the wire connectors neatly into the junction box.
8. Slide canopy (C) over mounting plate (A) and secure with screws
   (D).
9. Place candle covers (J) over sockets (I).
10. Install eight candelabra base bulbs (K) up to 60 watts each or
    CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture
    specification–DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING!
11. Once the installation is complete, turn on power at the fuse
    box or circuit breaker box and test the fixture.

PREPARATION (Fig. 1)

1. Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and Set#A-021-118DH

remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware. -Mounting plate

2. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts -Ground screw in a clean area. Take care not to misplace any small parts -Mounting screw*2

necessary for installation.

3. Place cloth shade (G) and metal washer (E) over all

thread (H). Secure rod (L) onto all thread (H).

4. Determine the desired hanging height and thread rods

5. Attach mounting plate (A) to the junction box (not included) with mounting screws (B) (Size: #8-32N*L0.5″).

The side of the mounting plate (A) with “GND” marked on it and two convex points must face out.

CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig. 2)

6. Connect the electrical wires as shown in fig 2, making

sure that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction

box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect

the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the

fixture’s ground wire directly to the mounting plate (A)

using the green screw provided.

7. Tuck the wire connectors neatly into the junction box.

COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION (Fig. 1)

8. Slide canopy (C) over mounting plate (A) and secure with

screws (D). 9. Place candle covers (J) over sockets (I).

10. Install (8) eight candelabra base bulbs (K) up to 60 watts

each or CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in

accordance with the fixture specification–DO NOT

EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING! (NE PAS

Your installation is now complete. Return power to the junction box and test the fixture.
