- Brush roll is air driven
- Unplug the machine
- Verify nothing is obstructing the brush roll
- If no, ensure the foot assembly is flat against the floor to be cleaned for proper airflow to move the brush
- If brush still isn’t working, follow No Suction troubleshooting
