Note: The turbine foot will only work on bare floors, it will NOT work on carpet or area rugs
- Unplug Machine
- Detach foot from extension wand by pressing blue release latch and pulling them apart
- Turn foot over and, using a coin, unlock brush clip to access and remove brush roll
- Lift brush roll out of place and clear away any debris
- Grasp center of brush roll and spin the two end knobs
- They should spin freely
- If not, replace brush roll
- To reinsert brush roll
- Angle the extra knobbed end into place and then set the other end in place
- Replace brush clip by first angling in the tabbed end, then lowering the clip into place
- Using a coin, lock brush clip
- They should spin freely
- Turn vacuum on and feel for suction at the end of the wand before reattaching
- If no suction, please visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
- If there is strong suction reattach foot to extension wand
- Brush roll will only turn when used on bare floors
- It is air driven based on the suction power of the machine
- If suction is strong at end of wand without foot attached, but brush roll will not turn when being used on bare floors, a replacement turbine foot may be needed
