- Unplug machine
- Unscrew the six screws from the bottom of the foot and pull tab to lift sole plate
- Inspect the brush or belt for damage
- The brush should spin freely by hand and the belt should be intact
- If the parts are damaged, they will need to be replaced
- If machine still has no suction, visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
