WARNING

This Quick Reference Guide is not substitute for reading the operator’s manual. To reduce the risk of injury or death, user must read and underdstand the operator’s manual before using this product. All pages references to the operator’s manual.

Add Lubricant and Fuel

• Remove maintenance cover and use a funnel to pour 10W-30 engine oil into engine. Fill to the upper mark of the oil dipstick H.
• Use clean/fresh regular UNLEADED gasoline with a minimum 87 octane.
• Use Propane/LPG hose with regulator to connect propane/LPG tank and generator.

Start Generator

Move generator outside to a flat, level surface, away from doors, windows and vents.

Danger

Using a generator indoors CAN KILL YOU IN MINUTES. Generator exhaust contains carbon monoxide. This is a poison you cannot see or smell.

• NEVER use inside a home or garage, EVEN IF doors and windows are open.
• Only use OUTSIDE and far away from windows, doors and vents.
• Avoid other generator hazards. READ THE MANUAL BEFORE USE.
• WARNING Do not overload generator or electrical cords. Consult operation manual.
• Select the Fuel Source (Gasoline)
• Add gasoline to the fuel tank
• Make certain the propane tank is fully closed
• Turn the starting dial switch to the START position.
• Pull the recoil starter slowly until resistance is felt, then pull rapidly.
• Turn the starting dial switch to the RUN position
• Note: For restarting a warm engine, turn the starting dial switch directly to the “RUN” position.
• Select the Fuel Source (Propane/LPG)
• Connect the LPG gas hose to the propane fuel source.
• Fully open the Propane/LPG cylinder knob.
• Turn the starting dial switch to the START position.
• Pull recoil starter twice
• Turn the starting dial switch to the RUN position.
• Pull recoil starter slowly until resistance is felt, then pull rapidly

Shutdown and Storage

• Remove any load from the generator
• Turn the starting dial switch to the OFFposition.
• Turn the fuel valve knob to the OFF position
• If a generator is to be stored for longer than 30 days, refer to the operator’s manual for further Instruction

Changing Fuels

• Disconnect all electrical loads from the generator
• Gasoline to propane/LPG
• Propane/LPG to Gasoline
• Connect the LPG gas hose to the propane fuel source
• Fully open the Propane/LPG cylinder knob.
• Make certain the propane tank is fully closed.
