Description: This Raw Water Cooling Crossover Assembly is
designed to regulate the flow of raw water in a cooling system. It
includes various fittings, plugs, gaskets, and sensors necessary
for proper functioning.

Product Usage Instructions:

1. Ensure that the engine is turned off and cool before starting
   any installation or maintenance procedures.
2. Locate the existing raw water cooling crossover assembly in
   your engine.
3. Remove any existing components or fittings connected to the
   crossover assembly.
4. Inspect the new Raw Water Cooling Crossover Assembly for any
   damages or defects. If found, contact customer support for a
   replacement.
5. Install the CROSSOVER PLUG (.250-18) into the designated port
   on the crossover assembly.
6. Connect the SEAL FITTING Pipe – Brass (.750-14) to the
   appropriate connection point on the engine.
7. Attach the FITTING Straight (.750-14) to the other end of the
   SEAL FITTING Pipe.
8. Install the SENSOR ASSEMBLY at the desired location on the
   crossover assembly.
9. Use the provided O-RING (1.78 mm x .08 mm) to seal any
   connections that require it.
10. Connect the HOSE FSM to Crossover using the appropriate
    fittings.
11. Secure the PLUG Pipe (.125-27) Brass into its designated port
    on the crossover assembly.
12. Tighten all connections and fittings to the recommended torque
    specifications.
13. Attach the RWC Cover Bracket using the provided SCREW
    (M6x10).
14. Secure the CLAMP Worm Gear (11-18 mm) around the crossover
    assembly for added stability.
15. Place the CAP CLAMP Worm Gear (1.56 Diameter) over the
    appropriate connection point.
16. Use the SCREW (M8 x 110) to tighten and secure the CAP
    CLAMP.
17. Double-check all connections and fittings for tightness and
    proper alignment.
18. Start the engine and monitor for any leaks or abnormal
    behavior.
