Product Information
The Dake Corporation Bandsaw is a cutting tool that is used to
cut through various materials such as wood, metal, and plastic. The
bandsaw comes with an exploded view and parts list detailing all
the parts and their corresponding part numbers. The parts list also
includes parts not illustrated in the exploded view. The saw comes
in different voltage models including 110/230V single-phase, 220V
single-phase, 220V 3-phase, and 440V 3-phase models. The saw also
has different wheel assemblies that are used for mounting the idle
wheel/frame.
Product Usage Instructions
Before using the bandsaw, ensure all parts are properly
assembled according to the exploded view and parts list. Also,
ensure that the saw is plugged into a power source that matches the
voltage of the saw.
To use the bandsaw:
- Ensure the material to be cut is properly secured and
positioned on the saw’s table. - Turn on the saw by pressing the power button located on the
electrical control box assembly. - Adjust the blade guide assembly to ensure the blade is properly
aligned with the material to be cut. - Feed the material into the saw blade while applying a moderate
amount of pressure to ensure it cuts smoothly. - Once the cut is complete, turn off the saw by pressing the
power button. - Remove the cut material from the saw’s table and repeat steps
1-5 for any additional cuts.
For maintenance and repair of the bandsaw, refer to the exploded
view and parts list for part identification and replacement. Any
repairs or maintenance should be done by a qualified technician to
ensure safe operation of the saw.
