MIL8005BK Mila 5 Light Chandelier

Product Information

This product is a lighting fixture with model number MIL8005BK.
It is manufactured by Crystorama.com and has been providing
lighting solutions for sixty years. The fixture is dry rated,
meaning it is suitable for indoor use only. It comes with various
parts including arms, frame, stem, distributor box cover, metal
spacer, nut, finial, and crystal sets.

The fixture requires 5 Candelabra Base Bulbs with a recommended
wattage of 40 Watts, but a maximum wattage of 60 Watts. It is
advised to use LED bulbs for extended use.

Please note that all electrical components must be installed by
a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electric
Code and the appropriate local electrical codes.

Product Usage Instructions

Before installation, place the fixture parts on a soft
cloth-covered platform.
Pass the wire through the stem, then screw the stem onto the
frame.
Decide the desired hanging height and adjust the chain to the
correct length.
Spread the arms out equally.
Install the mounting bar onto the outlet box.
Raise the fixture up and make the wire connection. Attach the
canopy over the mounting bar and secure it with the collar
ring.
Put the distributor box cover, metal spacer, and nut on the
frame in order, then secure them with the finial.
Dress the crystals as illustrated.

Please be aware that one of the crystal pieces included in the
crystal set is a 50mm Smooth Glass Ball. Take caution as this
product contains lead, which is known to the State of California to
cause cancer and/or birth defects or reproductive harm. For more

Spread the folded arms.

You will need 5- Candelabra Base Bulb 40 Watts recommended 60 Watts Max.
USE LED BULBS FOR EXTENDED USE
The fixture is Dry rated
HOW TO INSTALL:
Place the fixture parts on a soft cloth-covered platform before installation of fixture.

4. Install the mounting bar onto the outlet box.
5. Raise the fixture up and do the wire connection. Attach the canopy over the mounting bar and secure with collar ring.
6. Put the Distributor box cover,metal spacer and nut on the frame in order then secure with finial.
7. Dress the crystals as illustrated.
