Product Information:
The product is a lighting fixture model #5016EBCLMWP
manufactured by Crystorama. It is a damp-rated fixture suitable for
indoor use. The fixture requires 6 Candelabra Base Bulbs with a
recommended wattage of 40 Watts, with a maximum wattage of 60
Watts. LED bulbs are recommended for extended use. The product
comes with crystal sets and various parts including wire
connectors, mounting bar, mounting screws, canopy, collar loop
& ring, chain, fixture loop, cover, distributor box cap,
distributor box kit, metal candle sleeves, white plastic candle
sleeves, connector, and ball nuts.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Before installation, place the fixture parts on a soft
cloth-covered platform. - Turn off the power to the outlet box before proceeding with
installation. - Ensure that all electrical components are installed by a
licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electric Code
and local electrical codes. - Spread the arms of the fixture out equally.
- Install the mounting bar onto the outlet box.
- Attach the crystal sets as follows:
- A: 30 Sets – (1) 14mm crystal + (1) 63mm crystal
- B: 6 Sets – (1) 14mm crystal + (1) 76mm crystal
- C: 1 Piece – (4) 14mm crystals + AS8-40mm crystal
- Follow the instructions provided for connecting the wire
connectors, mounting screws, thread and nut, canopy, collar loop
& ring, chain, fixture loop, cover, distributor box cap,
distributor box kit, metal candle sleeves, white plastic candle
sleeves, connector, and ball nuts. - Ensure all parts are securely attached.
- Insert the recommended Candelabra Base Bulbs into the fixture
(bulbs not included). - Turn on the power to the outlet box and test the lighting
fixture.

HOW TO INSTALL:
Place the fixture parts on a soft cloth-covered platform before installation of fixture. 1. Install the mounting bar onto the
outlet box. 2. Spread the arms out equally.
Place the distributor box cap over the top of arms. Make sure the slot fits over the arm. 3. Place the cover over the distributor box kit and secure with fixture loop. 4. Decide the desired hanging height and adjust the chain to the correct length. 5. Insert the connector in between the bottom of arm. Secure it with ball nuts. 6. Raise the fixture up and do the wire connection. Attach the canopy over the mounting bar and secure with thread and nut. 7. Place the candle sleeve and bobeche over the socket. 8. Dress the crystals as illustrated.
