Product Usage Instructions
- Carefully remove all parts from the box.
- Screw the adjustable riser (C) to the top of the lamp body
(D). - Remove the finial (A) from the adjustable riser (C).
- Place shade (B) onto the adjustable riser (C) and secure it
with the finial (A). - Insert bulbs (not included) into the socket.
- Remove the protective plug cover (E) from the plug.
- Plug the lamp into a proper electrical outlet.
- Test the fixture to ensure it is functioning correctly.
- Installation is now complete.
Care Instructions
Clean the lamp only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do
not use abrasive or chemical agents.
Note: This light fixture should be installed in accordance
with all applicable, local installation codes, and by a person
familiar with the construction and operation of it, as well as the
hazards involved. Inspect the item and contents carefully. If any
damage or defect is found, do not install. Retain all packaging
material until installation is complete and approved.

1. Carefully remove all parts from the box. 2. Screw the adjustable riser (C) to the top of the lamp body (D). 3. Remove the finial (A) from the adjustable riser (C). 4. Place shade (B) to the adjustable riser (C) and secure with finial (A). 5. Insert bulbs (not included) into the socket. 6. Remove protective plug cover (E) from the plug. 7. Plug into a proper electrical outlet and test the fixture. 8. Installation is complete.
