The High-End Video Wall Controller by Angustos is a
hardware-based video processing equipment designed for
high-performance video processing. It eliminates the need for
high-end computer specifications, graphic processing units (GPU
cards), licenses, and the risk of blue-screen OS crashes, viruses,
and black screens. The controller supports up to 152 input x 144
output and features a dedicated Field Programmable Gate Array
(FPGA) chipset for video processing.
The unit has a modular design with hot swap capabilities,
allowing users to easily customize their system with multiple
connections including HDMI, DVI, VGA, HDBaseT, and IP streaming. It
reduces the total cost of investment in both pre and post-expansion
phases and supports control of multiple videowalls, simplifying
connections and management.
The controller offers various features including Multi Layers
MPiPTM – Cross Screen support, drag and drop layout customization,
high-end video wall control with overlap, roaming, stretching, zoom
in/out capabilities, front panel touch screen control, IP camera
direct stream support, background image and scrolling text support,
and scene mode scheduling.
The AVW6-3636 Video Wall Controller model is a 36 x 36 / 48 x 24
cross screens video wall solution with additional features such as
pure hardware structure, FPGA modular design, seamless switching,
bezel compensation, scrolling text character superimposition, ultra
HD background image support, multiple video wall management, signal
preview (optional), and redundant power supply support.
The chassis size is 6.5U with dimensions of 440 x 400 x 290 mm.
It has 4-48 input interface ports and 4-36 output interface ports
supporting VGA, CVBS, YPbPR, SDI, IP, HDBaseT, DVI, DP, HDMI, IP,
RS-232, and touchscreen (optional) interfaces. The resolution input
supports 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz and 4092 x 2160 @ 30Hz, while the
resolution output supports 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz. The controller
supports up to 2 layers of matrix picture in picture (MPiPTM) and
operates on a power supply of 100 ~ 240V, 50-60 Hz. It has a
temperature range of -20oC ~ + 70oC and operates at a humidity
level of 10% ~ 90%.
The controller also features a hybrid I/O slot that allows for
flexible input/output configuration.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Connect the High-End Video Wall Controller to the desired input
devices using the available input interface ports (VGA, CVBS,
YPbPR, SDI, IP, etc.). - Connect the output devices (displays) to the controller using
the available output interface ports (HDBaseT, DVI, DP, HDMI,
etc.). - If desired, customize the system by combining different
connection types (HDMI, DVI, VGA, HDBaseT, IP streaming) in one
total solution. - To add or edit the layout of the videowall setup, simply drag
and drop the desired elements using the drag and drop feature for
easy control. - Utilize the high-end video wall control features such as
overlap, roaming, stretching, zoom in/out to achieve the desired
display configuration. - Use the front panel touch screen to control scene modes,
save/recall profiles, and configure IP settings with just a
touch. - If using IP CCTV cameras, connect them directly to the IP input
card to support streaming video feed. - Take advantage of additional features such as background image,
scrolling text for applications like bank and stock house video
walls. - Utilize the scene mode scheduling feature for cycle advertising
and digital signage video wall displays. - For the AVW6-3636 model, ensure the input and output ports are
connected according to the desired video wall configuration. - Make use of the various features provided by the AVW6-3636
model, such as seamless switching, bezel compensation, scrolling
text character superimposition, and ultra HD background image. - Manage multiple video walls efficiently using the multiple
video wall management feature. - If desired, connect a signal preview device (optional) to
preview the video wall before finalizing the configuration. - For added reliability, consider using a redundant power supply
for uninterrupted operation.

FPGA Dedicated Chipset
Dedicated Field Programmable Gate Arrray (FPGA) chipset is a combination of processing unit that dedicated in video processing. This eliminated the limitation of a CPU or a GPU from conventional Software or PC controller.
Without the use of PCI – Express card, the unit can work flawlessly when adding or editing the total layout of the videowall set up. As each of the FPGA chip is working independently, user can replace or add new input / output card without turning off the whole chassis.
Module design with Hot Swap
Multiple form of connections for client to custom fit their system. Client can now combine HDMI – DVI – VGA – HDBaseT – IP Streaming
in one total solution, maximizing system intergration.
