AMC-OUT 4K UHD Video Wall Controller

Product Information:

The 4K-UHD FPGA Video Wall Controller by ANGUSTOS is a
high-performance video processing equipment with a hardware-based
design. It eliminates the need for high-end computer
specifications, GPU cards, licenses, and the risk of blue-screen OS
crashes, viruses, and black screens. The video wall controller
supports up to 72 input x 72 output connections and utilizes a
dedicated Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) chipset for
efficient video processing.

The modular design of the controller allows for easy
customization and expansion. It supports various connections
including HDMI, DVI, VGA, HDBaseT, and IP Streaming, providing a
comprehensive solution for system integration. The unit features
hot-swappable module design, which means that users can replace or
add new input/output cards to customize their system without the
use of PCI-Express cards.

The video wall controller also offers simplified connection and
management with control options such as Remote control, TCP/IP,
RS-232, and buttons. It supports a mix and match configuration of 4
x 4 up to 72 x 72 input x output slots, allowing users to create
complex layouts with simple drag and drop controls. The controller
supports 4K resolution at 60Hz for both input and output, and
includes specialized video settings such as HDCP 2.2/1.4 Edge
Shield features for bezel pixel compensation in video wall
settings.

Additionally, the controller features a built-in audio port that
supports 3.5mm audio embedded and de-embedded functions. It also
offers scaling functions via the DIP switch for up/down scaling.
The switching speed of the controller can reach 32Gbps, ensuring
seamless switching between sources.

Product Usage Instructions:

  1. Connect the desired input sources (HDMI, DVI, VGA, etc.) to the
corresponding input ports on the video wall controller.
  2. Connect the output display devices to the output ports of the
    video wall controller.
  3. Power on the video wall controller and the connected display
    devices.
  4. Use the provided control options (Remote control, TCP/IP,
RS-232, buttons) to configure the video wall layout and
    settings.
  5. To create a custom layout, drag and drop the input sources onto
the desired positions on the video wall canvas.
  6. Adjust the scaling function if necessary using the DIP switch
    on the controller.
  7. If using audio, connect the audio source to the built-in audio
port and configure the audio settings as needed.
  8. Ensure that the input and output resolutions are compatible
    with the connected display devices.
  9. For seamless switching between sources, use the appropriate
controls to switch between input sources.
  10. Refer to the user manual for more advanced configurations and
    troubleshooting tips.

Note: Please refer to the product datasheet for specific details
about each output card (AMC-OUT) and its corresponding
specifications.

4K-UHD FPGA VIDEOWALL CONTROLLER

Hardware Based Design
High performance video processing equipment with hardware architecture design.
No more computer high-end specification. No more high-end GPU Card. No more licenses.
No more blue-screen OS crash. No more viruses and black screen.
No more ransomwares, lost data. Support up to 72 input x 72 output.

FPGA Dedicated Chipset

Dedicated Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) chipset is a combination of processing unit that dedicated in video processing. This eliminated the limitation of a CPU or a GPU from conventional Software or PC controller.

Module design with Hot Swap
Multiple form of connections for client to custom fit their system.

Without the use of PCI – Express card, the unit can work flawlessly when adding or editing the total layout of the videowall set up.

Client can now combine HDMI – DVI – VGA – HDBaseT & IP Streaming in one total solution, maximizing system integration.

As each of the FPGA chip is working independently,

user can replace or add new input/output card to customize their system.

Reduce total cost of investment in both pre/post phase of expansion.

Chassis also support control over Remote control, TCP/IP, RS-232 & button,
