Notice
This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all
applicable, local installation codes, and by a person familiar with
the construction and operation of it, as well as the hazards
involved. Inspect item and contents carefully. If any damage or
defect is found, do not install. Retain all packaging material
until installation is complete and approved.

- Phillips Screwdriver
- Slotted Screwdriver
- Slip Joint Pliers
- Measuring Tape
- Wire Strippers
- Chain Pliers
- Wire Cutters
Product Usage Instructions
- Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft
surface. - Remove collar loop (C) from chain (H) by removing quick link
(G). - Install mounting plate (B) to the junction box and secure with
mounting screws (D). - Secure collar loop (C) to mounting plate (B) using pliers to
tighten locknut. - Install canopy (E) to collar loop (C) and secure with collar
ring (F). - Determine desired overall length and amount of chain (H)
needed. Shorten chain using chain pliers. Keep extra chain. - Attach chain (H) to fixture loop (K) and secure threaded cap
(J). See diagram 1. - Feed chain (H) through shade (I), then holding fixture upright,
slide shade (I) down and rest on fixture. - Attach chain (H) to collar loop (C) using quick link (G).
Secure quick link (G). - Thread fixture wire and ground wire through chain (H). Note:
When you reach the collar loop (C), ensure there is no tension on
the wires. Cut excess wires, being sure to leave enough to reach
the junction box. - Separate two sides of molded wire and strip insulation on each
5/8. - Loosen collar ring (F) and let canopy (E) slip down chain (H)
carefully. - Twist all fixture wires together. Slip through center hole of
collar loop (C). Note: Untwist wires and separate to prepare for
connection. - Wrap fixture ground wire (bare copper) around the green
grounding screw (see diagram 2). Tighten. Continue fixture ground
wire and connect to supply ground wire (usually green or bare
copper) using wire nut (A). Note: It is imperative that the fixture
is grounded. - Connect fixture neutral wire (ribbed) to the supply neutral
wire (usually white) using wire nut (A). - Connect fixture hot wire (smooth with markings) to the supply
hot wire (usually black) using wire nut (A). Caution: Do not
reverse the hot and neutral connections. - Make sure all wire connections are tight, then carefully tuck
into the junction box. - Install canopy (E) to collar loop (C) and secure with collar
ring (F). - Install light bulb into the socket.
- Thread glass shade (L) to fixture.

mounting screws (D). 4. Secure collar loop (C) to mounting plate (B) using pliers to tighten
locknut. 5. Install canopy (E) to collar loop (C) and secure with collar ring (F). 6. Determine desired overall length, and amount of chain (H) needed.
Shorten chain using chain pliers. (Keep extra chain) 7. Attach chain (H) to fixture loop (K). Secure threaded cap (J).
See diagram 1. 8. Feed chain (H) though shade (I), then holding fixture upright, slide
shade (I) down and rest on fixture. 9. Attach chain (H) to collar loop (C) using quick link (G). Secure quick
link (G). 10. Thread fixture wire and ground wire through chain (H).

13. Twist all fixture wires together. Slip through center hole of collar loop (C). NOTE: Untwist wires and separate to prepare for connection.
14. Wrap fixture ground wire (bare copper) around the green grounding screw (see diagram 2). Tighten. Continue fixture ground wire and connect to supply ground wire (usually green or bare copper) using wire nut (A). NOTE: It is imperative that the fixture is grounded.
15. Connect fixture neutral wire (ribbed) to the supply neutral wire (usually white) using wire nut (A).
16. Connect fixture hot wire (smooth with markings) to the supply hot wire (usually black) using wire nut (A). CAUTION: Do not reverse the hot and neutral connections.
17. Make sure all wire connections are tight, then carefully tuck into the junction box.
18. Install canopy (E) to collar loop (C) and secure with collar ring (F). 19. Install light bulb into the socket. 20. Thread glass shade (L) to fixture.
NOTE: Do not over-tighten otherwise shade could become damaged.
Care Instructions: Clean only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do Not use abrasive or chemical agents.
