Product Usage Instructions

  1. The fixing point for your ceiling fan must be of sound
construction, capable of supporting a load of 35Kg, or 4 times the
weight of the fan, whichever is less.
  2. Avoid installing the ceiling fan too close to the ceiling or
any obstructions, as it can reduce the amount of air movement.
Leave a clearance of at least 2.1m between the bottom of the blades
and the floor, and a minimum of 3.0m between ceiling fans.
  3. Ensure that the fan and the hanging bracket are properly
    earthed.
  4. Use the appropriate fixing equipment for installation on timber
ceilings or other materials. Fixing screws may need to be purchased
    separately.
  5. Before installing the ceiling fan, remove the hanger ball from
your existing downrod assembly by removing the screw, lowering the
hanger ball, and removing the pin. Then slide the hanger ball off
    the downrod.
  6. Select the correct size hanger ball insert based on the
diameter of the downrod on the fan being installed.
