Product Usage Instructions
- Before installation, wear suitable gloves when handling and
cleaning the product. - Check the opening for any hidden electrical wires and water
pipes before screwing. - Ensure you have suitable screws and plugs for your walls,
floor, and ceiling construction to fit the track. Screws are not
supplied. - Use Fixing Pack B for installation.
- Fit both parts of the soft close together as shown in the
instructions. - Insert and tighten the nuts and bolts on both sides of the soft
close assembly. - Insert the provided M4 screws using the washers and screw on
the cams without tightening all the way yet. - Align and centralize the soft close in the center of the top
rail and slot the cams into the gap in the top rail. - Using an Allen key, tighten both cams to lock them into place.
Ensure the soft close doesn’t slide, but don’t over tighten. - Prime the soft close by sliding the nib fully across until you
hear a click. Leave a 5mm gap between the unit and top guide wheels
to ensure they move freely. - Using a pencil, transfer the indicator mark from the soft close
unit onto the door. This mark will be used to align the soft close
pin later on. - To assemble the soft close pin, align the steel plate to the
plastic base and insert the screw. Tighten with an Allen key. - For installation of multiple doors, follow the plan view for
the relevant number of doors. - Screw the top track to the ceiling with equal spacing.
- Position the bottom track on the floor without fixing it
yet. - When the doors are in the relevant channels and in the closed
position, the soft close unit should follow the configurations
shown in the instructions. - Insert the door into the back channel of the top and bottom
tracks. - Position the door on both sides of the track and level up by
moving the bottom track. Mark the floor once in position. - Remove the doors and fix the bottom track. Measure in 100mm
from both ends of the track and space out evenly across its length
(approximately 500mm). - Measure in 37mm from your line and mark another line for the
placement of your track fixing disks. Fix them by screwing into the
floor using suitable fixings. - Re-insert one sliding door at a time onto the tracks.
- Position each door into place and transfer the indicator mark
from the door onto the top track. - Slide each door out of the way and position the pin according
to the indicator mark for each door.

A GUIDE TO FIXINGS
Wall & Ceiling Fixings: You must first identify the type of wall or ceiling you intend to fix product onto and then contact your local hardware store if the fixings supplied are not suited to your wall or ceiling type. Care and Maintenance: Safety: Always check the fitting and location to ensure your safety in and around the home. IMPORTANT NOTE: When drilling into walls always check that there are no hidden wires or pipes etc. Make sure that the screws and plugs being used are suitable for supporting your unit. Always consult a qualified trades person if you are unsure.
