Product Information
The product is an assembly kit that includes various components
for building a door/window track system. It is designed to be
mounted on walls and can accommodate different door/window heights
and widths.
The kit includes the following components:
- A: L-shaped track with lengths of 2050mm, 3050mm, or
4050mm - B: Support brackets (S01, S02, S03, S04) and screws
(M3*12) - C: Rollers (S05) and screws (M5*40)
- D: Stopper brackets (S06) and screws
- E: End caps (S07) and screws
- F: Floor guide (S08) and screws
Product Usage Instructions
- Identify the desired wall dimension for mounting the track
system. - Select the appropriate door/window height and width from the
provided options. - Based on the selected door/window height, determine the
original length of the track required (2050mm, 3050mm, or
4050mm). - If necessary, cut the track on each side according to the
specified cut distances. Use a suitable cutting tool. - Assemble the support brackets (S01, S02, S03, S04) onto the
track using the provided screws (M3*12). - Attach the rollers (S05) onto the support brackets using the
provided screws (M5*40). - Install the stopper brackets (S06) at the desired positions
along the track. Use the provided screws. - Secure the end caps (S07) onto the track ends using the
provided screws. - Fix the floor guide (S08) to the floor at the appropriate
location using the provided screws. - Place the door/window onto the track and ensure smooth movement
along the track. - Adjust the position of the stopper brackets to control the
door/window’s opening and closing limits. - Ensure all components are securely fastened and double-check
the installation for stability and functionality.
