The product consists of various components that are required to
assemble a roller and frame for a ladder. The product includes the
following items:
- 1x 16-050 Rear Roller
- 2x 16-052 Brace Roller Frame
- 2x 16-053 Bracket, Crossbar
- 2x 16-054 Foot bracket Roller
- 1x 16-055 Roller bearing Bushing
- 2x 16-056 Rubber pads
- 2x 16-057 Flat Washer 3/8 O.D. 7/8 SS18-8
- 2x 16-058 Flat Washer 5/16 O.D. 3/4 SS18-8
- 1x Ratchet
- 1x Tape Measure
- 1x Ladder
- 1x 1/2 Socket
- 1x 1/2 Wrench
- 1x 3/8 Socket
- 1x Knife
In addition to the components, the product also includes a Bill
of Materials that lists all the items along with their quantity and
description.
Product Usage Instructions
- Assemble the roller using item no. 16-050 and two item no.
16-052. This is step 1 of the assembly process. - Attach the roller frame using item no. 16-055, item no. 16-050,
two item no. 90-016, two item no. 98-115, two item no. 16-056, two
item no. 16-057, and two item no. 94-109. This is step 2 of the
assembly process. - Attach the foot brackets using item no. 16-054, two item no.
16-056, and four item no. 98-117. First, attach the rubber pad to
the foot bracket. Place the feet on the structural section of the
roof. This is step 3 of the assembly process. - Install the rear roller using crossbar brackets and item no.
16-U0500. Use two item no. 90-205, four item no. 98-117, and two
item no. 94-111 for this step. This is step 4 of the assembly
process.
Note: It is recommended that step 3 be completed once the
crossbars are installed on the van.

It is recommended that the following steps be completed once the crossbars are installed on the van.
STEP 3: ATTACH FOOT BRACKETS.
First attach rubber pad to foot bracket.
